How much does postage cost?
Shipping anywhere within NZ is included for most items!
For sale items; please check as they may not have postage included.
It is specified on each product.
What is your return policy?
Our garnments at Juanita Rose were made to be loved, if for any reason you're not completely happy with your item we offer 14 day hassle free returns provided the item has not been worn, has tags attached and is in a saleable condition.
Contact must be made before returning an item so please email us through our contact page, explaining what you are returning and why. If we can help you with another size we will, otherwise you can choose another item or a refund.
Please choose a trackable shipping method, as unforntuately we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves if the unexpected does happen and it gets lots.
We will happily process your exchange/refund within 3 days of the return.

How long will it take until I receive my order?
For pre-order items delivery of your parcel is expected within 12 working days.
For sale and stocked items delivery is from 3-5 working days.

How do I track my order?
All parcels we send are tracked, if you would like to track your order email your request and we will provide you with a tracking number.

Do you offer international delivery?
Please contact us if you would like something delivered internationally, we should be able to do this but will cost a little extra for postage.

How can I pay?
You can pay with your credit or debit card online in our cart, we use Paypal as a secure merchant to take all payments online.
You may also pay via your paypal account if you choose to do so.
All prices on the website are in $NZD and will be charged in $NZD to your credit card or Paypal account.
What type of sizing do you use on your site?
We use standard NZ womens sizing, generally our sizes range from 8-16.
We do our best to include measurements on each item so you can carefully select the correct size for you, as we know sizes can fluctuate between stores.
For pre-order items you can get the item made to your specific length/height- please let us know if you would like an arm/leg/hem length to a certain measurement.
*Lengthening garments may have a surcharge.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes we do gift cards of ANY value above $30!
Email through your request and address and we will send you out a card which will have a voucher code that can be used on our website.
Using your giftcard- When you have selected your Juanita Rose item(s), in your Cart simply click 'Add Coupon' and enter your unique code and it will take the voucher amount off your order.
